Corporate Training

Training & Capability Development

Practical, workplace-ready learning for organisations that need their people to perform — designed around your business problem, delivered by practitioners, and measured after the room empties.

About the practice

We build the people capability your strategy is already depending on

Employ Quick is a Lagos-based talent and human resources firm. We help organisations hire the right people, structure the work properly, and build the capability their teams need to deliver on it.

Our training practice sits at the centre of that work. Because we also recruit, structure roles and run performance systems for our clients, we see where capability actually breaks down — the handover that keeps failing, the manager who was promoted without ever being taught to manage, the frontline team losing customers on the phone. That is where our programmes start.

Every engagement is scoped against a real business problem and built with your own context, language and cases. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.

Why Employ Quick

Four things clients say make the difference

What HR and business leaders tell us they were not getting from their previous training partner.

🎯

Scoped to your problem, not a syllabus

We start with a short diagnostic — stakeholder interviews, a look at the performance data you already have, and a conversation about what “better” would look like. The programme is designed from that, so you are not paying to train a gap you do not have.

🎓

Facilitators who have done the job

Our facilitators are practitioners — recruiters, managers, HR leads and technology professionals who still work in the field. Participants get answers grounded in real workplace consequences, not theory read off a slide.

🔄

Learning that survives the workshop

Every programme ships with job aids, manager briefing notes and an application plan, plus a follow-up check-in after 30 days. Skills are reinforced where they are used — on the job, with the line manager involved.

🤝

One partner across the people agenda

Training rarely fixes things alone. Because we also handle recruitment, organisational structuring, performance management and HR advisory, we can tell you honestly when the answer is not a course — and then help you fix the real thing.

Our method

How an Employ Quick programme is built

A five-stage process that runs from first conversation to post-training evidence.

STEP 1

Discover

Stakeholder interviews, a review of your performance and people data, and agreement on the business outcome the training must move.

STEP 2

Design

A tailored curriculum, built with your scenarios, your terminology and your live cases. You review and sign off the content before delivery.

STEP 3

Deliver

Practitioner-led facilitation, capped cohorts, and heavy use of practice, role-play and real work examples rather than lecture.

STEP 4

Embed

Job aids, manager briefing notes and a 30-day application plan, so the behaviour is reinforced in the workplace by the line manager.

STEP 5

Measure

Pre- and post-assessment, participant evaluation, and a written report with observations and recommended next steps.

“Every programme starts with a conversation about the business problem — never with a course catalogue.”

02

Needs summary & proposal

Within 3 to 5 working days you receive a written scope, recommended modules, delivery plan and costing.

03

Content design & sign-off

We build the curriculum with your cases and materials. You review and approve before anything is scheduled.

Indicative pricing is available on request.

The wider practice

Training is one part of what we do

Clients often arrive with a training brief and end up handing us the wider people agenda. Working across recruitment, structuring and learning gives us a view of your organisation that a training vendor alone will never have.
